How do I get a personal career coach?
Simply call the USOC’s Athlete Career Services Department at 800-933-4473, ext. 1.  They’ll ask you a few questions and provide your information to Adecco, who will then call you to better assess your situation.  The information from these two conversations will then be used to identify a personal career coach for you, and that person will contact you to begin your “career training”.

How much will a personal career coach cost me?
Absolutely nothing.  Because Adecco is the Official Career Management Services Supplier of the USOC, the services of a personal career coach, while quite expensive to the general public, are FREE of charge to you as an elite athlete or Olympian or Paralympian retired from sport.
