SPORT  PARTNERSHIPS

The mission of Sport Partnerships is to develop a comprehensive plan with each National Governing Body for the coordinated delivery of USOC resources, financial and otherwise, and assist and enable each NGB in the execution of its strategic plan for success in order to optimize the performance of America's athletes.  Sport Partnerships is comprised of partnership teams consisting of a director, manager, coordinator and administrative support.  Each team is assigned a number of specific sports.  The team serves as the main point of contact between the USOC and NGB.  Sport partnerships works with National Governing Bodies to administer programs such as Athlete Support, Elite Athlete Health Insurance, and Tuition Grants, which directly benefit athletes.
