Registration Deadline Extended to Sunday for Sadler's Ultra Challenge
Paralympian Alejandro Albor was the champion in the men's handcycling C division at the 2006 Sadler's Ultra Challenge.

The registration deadline for the 2007 Sadler's Ultra Challenge - the eight-stage, 257-mile race from Fairbanks to Anchorage, Alaska, on the George Parks Highway - has been extended to Sunday, April 15th.

A total of 25 athletes will be allowed to register for the race, which is considered to be one of the toughest in the world. Winners from last year's race include Paralympians Alejandro Albor (Elk Grove, Calif.) and Monica Bascio (Evergreen, Colo.).

Registration will be available in five divisions: three men's handcycling divisions (B, C1 and C2), a women's open division and a men's open wheelchair division.
