The athletes who will be competing at the World Championships in Munich in the LTA4+ (legs-trunks-arms mixed four with coxswain) were announced June 2 after the completion of the team selection camp at the St. Joseph's University Boathouse in Philadelphia. Returning team members Jesse Karmazin, James Dean, and Aerial Gilbert will be joined by 2002 team member Tracy Lee Tackett.

Angela Madsen (Long Beach, Calif.) and Scott Brown (Bryn Mawr, Pa.) continued their stretch of dominance in adaptive rowing, winning their fourth consecutive double sculls title Sunday at the 2006 FISA World Championships in Eton, England, outracing the Polish team of Yolanta Pawlak and Piotr Majka for the gold. In addition to Madsen and Brown's performance, the U.S. brought two silver medals home from the event.
