INLINE SPEED: USA Roller Sports Announces the 2005 Inline Speed Skating World Team

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - USA Roller Sports (USARS) is proud to announce the 2005 Junior and Senior World Team to represent the United States at the Federation Internationale de Roller Sports (FIRS) Inline Speed Skating World Championships. The FIRS World Championships will be held from August 26 through September 2 in Suzhou, China. Team USA will compete against the fastest inline speed skating athletes in the international circuit.Junior and Senior World Class athletes contended for one of 16 spots on the Junior World Team and Senior World Team at the 2005 Outdoor Banked Track and Road Inline Speed Skating National Championships held June 2 through June 8 in Colorado Spring, Colo. Inliners competed in both short and long distance races to garner points and overall placements to qualify for Team USA.
