ACCREDITATION

All accreditations are handled through the IOC’s website www.olympic.org. Unfortunately, NYC2012 and the City Hall Press Office cannot help you obtain accreditations – you must get accredited through the IOC. The direct link to IOC accreditations is http://www.olympic.org/uk/news/media_centre/press_club/index_uk.asp. The IOC is expecting more than 1000 members of the press, and workspace in the Main Press Center (MPC) and the International Broadcast Center (IBC) is limited, so the IOC has advised that press get accredited as soon as possible.

Broadcasters who have not yet contacted the IOC are requested to do so AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Live interview positions and space at the International Broadcast Center is extremely limited. All bookings and requests for further information should be made through the IOC contact: Manolo Romero (mromero@isbtv.com, tel: +34 914263069, fax: +34 914263072).

The accreditations will be distributed by the IOC in Singapore starting July 1st.

LIVE WORLD FEED

All official proceedings, including the presentations, the report by the IOC Evaluation Commission, the vote and the Host City announcement ceremony will be available over a LIVE television feed.
