It's Every Day

Bloom originally intended to play football at Colorado in the 2004 and even started fall camp with the team, but his coaches were willing to let him go after an Olympic berth. "I was worried about what the [CU] coaches would say, what my teammates and everyone would think. I knew they wanted me to play this year, so it was difficult to decide, but right from the start they said, 'We think this [the Olympics] is a great opportunity. No matter what you decide, we're going to be behind you.'"

Quote

On winning six consecutive World Cups in the 2005 season: “I’ve heard so much about the streak, about the six in a row, but I really don’t pay much attention to that at all. It’s not in my focus, or in my goals. They’re all very different accomplishments. When I look back and learn from the experiences I had this year, they’re all very different learning experiences. I take that with me, way before the wins.”
