Being the youngest member named to the 2005 World Championships roster, Parsons had international experience giving her confidence in her debut on the senior level. “I never had so much fun playing hockey before,” Parsons said to usahockeymagazine.com. “They’re such intense, fast-paced games. Just to get there, to put on the jersey for the first time, it was unbelievable. Everything you’ve worked so hard for, to finally have it happen …”
