It's Every Day

The U.S. Freestyle team was able to enjoy a rare training experience during their 2004 summer conditioning camp in San Diego. The camp created a united spirit among the aerials team that caused the team to adopt the ‘when one of us succeeds, we all have’ motto. “For most of us, that was one of the hardest things we have ever done,” St. Onge said about the camp. “The camp was intense. The Navy Seals camp provided us with a great opportunity for physical fitness but also to push ourselves past where we wanted to and to have fun and almost enjoy it at the same time.”

Quote

On his goals for the 2006 Olympics: “I want to go bigger and jump better than I ever have before and if I do that then I will be happy no matter what happens. If I crash, it will be because there wasn’t enough hill for me. But I won’t crash, no problems there.”
