White-Arnold, Stephanie
- Made the Olympic team by finishing second at Olympic Trials, after going into the competition ranked 20th in the country.

- Father Rick White finished 11th in archery at the 1972 Olympic Trials, then turned professional and started coaching.

- Started shooting at age five, but gave it up during her teenage years, starting again after graduating from college.

- White-Arnold grew up learning archery from her father and practicing at an archery range on the family’s property.
- White’s pupils included Darrell Pace, who won individual gold for the U.S. in the 1976 and 1988 Olympics.
- White-Arnold told NBC that working with her father “has definitely deepened our father-daughter relationship. I really value, beyond words, his experience and knowledge of the sport.”
- “I started [archery again] just wanting something to do after college,” she told NBC.
- “Something to be competitive in. It started out just as a hobby. The past four years, I’ve worked my way up and refined my form and developed my mental game.
- I went from looking up to all these other women at Nationals to the realization that now I’m part of that.”
