Jeffrey, Rhi
- 2004 Olympic gold medalist in the 800m freestyle relay (prelims)
- 2003 World champion in the 400m freestyle relay and 800m freestyle relay
- Qualified for the 2000 Olympic Trials at age 13
- Won the 400m freestyle relay at the 2003 'Duel in the Pool' versus Australia; also took fifth in the 100m freestyle and fourth in the 200m freestyle there
- Won a silver medal at the 2002 Pan Pacific Championships in the 400m freestyle relay
- Won her first national title in the 100 free at Spring Nationals in 2003.

Jeffrey attends the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, with legendary coach Mark Schubert. She has a memento from her USC recruiting trip – a pierced navel – to match her pierced left eyebrow and the piercing she wants to get on her lower lip.
"I'm not freaking out or anything,” Jeffrey told a reporter from the Palm Beach Post during a pre-Trials Italian dinner, where the reporter and her family noticed she seemed very nervous. “I'm not nervous. I'm pretty relaxed.”
