At 35, Miles-Clark is old enough to be the president but she says age hasn’t hampered her training. “At 35, you know exactly what you need to get done in order to get it done,” she said. “My coach has been with me since 1991 and he knows what it takes to get it done. There's no real difference. I've found that I get into shape a lot quicker because my body's been working at this so long that it gets back into shape really quickly. I just go out there and do whatever my coach tells me to.”
