Known as fast and fearless, Drossin trains more than 100 miles per week with an elite group of male runners. Drossin says training with the men "makes me more aggressive. It is their company and the camaraderie." Peter DeLaCerda, second in the U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials, said Drossin is "a very tough runner mentally, but her greatest asset, I believe, is that she is not afraid to train with us guys. So all the workouts we do she does also." In addition to running, Drossin also lifts weights two hours per day, three days per week.
