Crystl Bustos
- Two-time Olympic gold medalist (2000, 2004)
- Two-time Pan American Games gold medalist (1999, 2003)
- Dominated the 2002 Canada Cup by hitting .560 and four home runs
- Won the gold in Athens with a batting average of .346, 10 runs batted in, five home runs and had a perfect fielding percentage during her nine starts
- Led the 2000 Olympic team with 10 hits, three home runs and five runs scored; had 18 assists and a perfect fielding percentage during her 10 starts
- Played for WPSL Gold in 2001 (a professional team consisting of 2000 Olympians), Akron Racers of WPSL (1999), Orlando Wahoos of WPSL leading the team to the championships, named MVP (1998)
- During the 1999 Pan American Games she had a team-high 18 hits, including three homeruns and 15 RBI
- Two-time NJCAA first-team All-America selection, two-time NJCAA champions; two-time NJCAA Player of the Year while at Palm Beach Community College in Lake Worth, Fla.

Bustos has played on different Women’s Pro Softball League teams in the past. After winning her second gold, she’s not thinking about putting down her bat. Teammates Kelly Kretschman, Jenny Topping and herself are teaming up again to play for the Akron Racers in 2005.
