- 3rd place in the 2003 World Cup downhill standings, and ninth in the overall standings
- Recorded 10 top-10 finishes, five in downhill and five in Super G, on the 2003 World Cup tour including being on the downhill podium four times

- Clark started skiing at age 3 and was racing by 7, becoming a Junior Olympics national champion in 1994 as a teenager

Clark began to make a bigger mark on the international scene in 2002 after posting the fastest time in the combined event's downhill race at the 2001 World Championships last February in Austria (she finished 10th in the event). She then captured her first World Cup win two weeks later, a downhill victory in Lenzerheide, Switzerland. Her fourth consecutive downhill national championship followed in March.
