Getting Started
The best way to get started in table tennis is to practice and then enter a local tournament. If you do not have a table or would like a place to practice and meet coaches and other players, you can find a club in your state on the USA Table Tennis website. Make sure you know the rules of the game, then find a tournament near you. Serious junior table tennis players may want to check out the top junior training programs across the country.
Joining USA Table Tennis
In order to play in USA Table Tennis sanctioned tournaments, you must first become a member of USA Table Tennis. You will also receive a rulebook and tournament entries.
