SCREENING REELS:
Screening reels for footage requests are subject to research & production fees. Screening reels will include all available footage for the requested subjects on vhs with time code for easy selection of master clips. The minimum charge is $100/hr for research & $150/hr for production.

ORDERING CLIPS:
Once you have decided what clips you would like to use, you can e-mail or fax the time codes to us. Before any Olympic footage can be released, the USOC must have a signed copy of the license agreement that will be faxed to you. Your final clips will be sent to you on your choice of BETASP or DVC-PRO. The license fee will be billed at the time the footage is released and will not be credited or refunded if the footage is not used. Payment is due on receipt.

The USOC does not have licensing rights to audio. The client will be responsible for clearing any broadcasters/commentators or music rights necessary if audio is desired.

The client must to return the master clips to the USOC when the project is complete.

The client is also required to send a final copy of the work in which the footage is used to the USOC.

LICENSE FEES:
License fees vary depending on several factors such as intended use, territory, amount of footage used, & term of a project. In order to obtain an accurate quote, a footage request must be submitted. No charges will be applied unless there has been signed approval from the client.

USOC reserves the right not to license any material at its sole discretion.

USOC licenses footage for commercial/professional use only (broadcast, multi-media, advertising, feature films, government, educational, and industrials). USOC does not directly sell footage or provide footage for personal use.
