Cael Sanderson tips on beating your brother

Cael Sanderson will always be remembered for the 159 straight wins in college, but the superstar Titan Games wrestler still remembers two opponents he couldn't quite ever beat. Who were those two people … his older brothers, Cole and Cody Sanderson, of course.

usolympicteam.com asked Sanderson, "What tips do you give younger brothers with dreams and aspirations of one day pinning their older brothers?" Here is what he said …

How to win the battle with your older brother

Tip 1 - Know they will cheat and play dirty
"The closer you get to being able to beat your older brother the more they will cheat and play dirty just to keep ahead of you and stay on top." Basically, watch out and be prepared to have all the rules thrown out.

Tip 2 - Know when and where to harass them
"While at home you can still harass them just to make up for the beatings you get at practice." You're fighting your own battles at practice, but at home you've always got your parents to try and make things fair.

Tip 3 - "Know your brother's breaking points"
Make sure you know what sets your brothers off. You better also know how long you have before they come after you and how much of a head start you're going to need to make your getaway.

Tip 4 - "Lock yourself in the bathroom"
It's the safest place in the house and usually one of the only places you get to lock yourself in. "Older brothers will pick the lock though, so remember to pull the drawers out to block the door."

The outlook is bleak for younger brothers, especially since the greatest collegiate wrestler couldn't pull it off, but keep up the fight
