Synchro team heads to FINA World Cup

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The U.S. National Synchronized Swimming Team will make a splash in Yokohama, Japan, at the 2006 FINA Synchronized Swimming World Cup, Sept. 14-17, featuring top international competition. Christina Jones will represent the United States in the solo competition (Sept. 15) and will pair up with Andrea Nott for the duet event (Sept. 16). The team competition will debut on Sept. 17. The U.S. has won six of 10 World Cup team titles.
The duet and team events can be viewed on same-day delay via http://www.wcsn.com/ at 4:00 p.m. ET. Former U.S. National Team member and 1996 Olympic Gold Medalist, Nathalie Bartleson will provide commentary.
