BAD GASTEIN, Austria (Jan. 5) - The original action sports superstar Shaun Palmer (South Lake Tahoe, CA) furthered his Olympic assault Thursday finishing fifth in the second of two snowboardcross events on the Buchebenwiese course. Finishing just ahead of Palmer in fourth was Nate Holland (Olympic Valley, CA), who cruised into his third final of the season after winning in Saas Fee and taking second in Whistler. Also in the top 10 was world champion Seth Wescott (Farmington, ME) proving once again that U.S .Snowboarding has major depth.For more information www.ussnowboarding.org
